Bob McNally is a professional musician, and the found of McNally Strumsticks. Bob has taught guitar to students for many years, recorded on a number of instruments, and built many stringed musical instruments throughout his career.
Bob describes the Strumstick as an intersection of playing, teaching, and building. His mission as instrument-maker is clear: to bring happiness and contentment into the lives of others through music. His creations are designed to be enjoyed and played beautifully by all: from the novice musician to the accomplished player looking for variety. The classic design is tuned so that there is not such thing as a "wrong note" - every strum will produce pleasing chords.
We love Bob's approach to music-making, and musical-instrument making, and he's done us the honor of agreeing to come visit and serenade us with holiday carols, played on his Strumsticks. Want to get in on the fun? Come try your hand on one of the beautiful sticks we have in stock - from the classic, learner-friendly G to the deeper D and Alto designs.
Catch Bob at Heart of the Home on Saturday, December 12th from 2-4pm, and try out a Strumstick for yourself!
